An Associate in the dispute resolution team, Shanice has experience across a range of commercial litigation matters. She assists with commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, liquidations and reputational risk matters, as well as administrative law matters such as tender reviews. Shanice also supports insurance law matters, including subrogated recovery actions and the defence of personal injury claims, and has experience assisting with banking‑related disputes, including foreclosure matters and debt recoveries.
