Nicole is a Senior Associate in the Banking & Finance and Projects practice, specialising in general banking and finance, project finance and refinancings. She represents commercial banks, development finance institutions, borrowers and sponsors on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. She has particular experience advising on South Africa’s government procurement programmes for infrastructure and energy projects, including renewable energy projects.
