Nicola specialises in complex, public law litigation at the intersection of constitutional accountability, human rights, environmental regulation and administrative justice. She has experience representing communities, NGOs and institutional clients in high-impact disputes before the Superior Courts. Her practice extends to environmental enforcement, governance advisory and wildlife crime enforcement frameworks. She holds an LLM in Environmental Law (cum laude) from the University of Pretoria and serves as Vice-Chairperson of the Environmental Law Association of South Africa
