An associate in our Environmental team, Natercia advises on a broad range of environmental law matters across the regulatory and transactional landscape. She has experience in air, waste, water and biodiversity law, and assists with environmental due diligences, audits and litigation, including proceedings before the Constitutional Court and the Water Tribunal. She acts for clients in the forestry, oil and gas, mining and renewable energy sectors, and has developed environmental legal registers and conducted compliance audits within these industries. Her experience includes advising on urgent environmental applications and criminal proceedings, demonstrating her ability to support clients in complex and high-stakes matters.
