A Senior Associate in our Commercial Litigation team, Martyn advises clients on commercial disputes, insolvency and restructuring matters, debt recovery, and general commercial litigation. He has particular experience acting for creditors and liquidators, as well as advising commercial clients on contentious matters, recovery proceedings and insolvency-related matters.
