A commercial lawyer in our corporate M&A team, Luke represents multinationals, sponsors and development finance institutions – focussing on commercial matters and mergers and acquisitions. He also has experience in project management in the field of legal due diligences. He works on transactions in a variety of industries, including in the financial institutions, mining, energy, telecommunications and sports and entertainment industry. His experience is across both local and cross-border transactions with multinationals.
