Kiasha is a commercial litigation and dispute resolution lawyer in our Johannesburg office. She obtained her LLB Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and her Master’s Degree in Human Rights Law from the University of South Africa, specialising in administrative law, human rights litigation and international human rights law. Her experience includes a wide range of contractual and administrative law disputes in various sectors including financial, energy, infrastructure, mining and public sectors and in relation to all forms of dispute resolution including adjudications, mediations, domestic and international arbitrations and litigation. Kiasha has specialist aviation commercial and regulatory experience having advised local and international airlines, lessors, financiers, airports, OEMs and operators.
