Devan is a Senior Associate in the Banking & Finance and Projects practice, specialising in project finance, acquisition finance, financial restructuring and general banking transactions. He regularly advises commercial banks, development finance institutions, borrowers, and sponsors on complex financing in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He has particular experience in South Africa’s government energy and infrastructure procurement programmes, including battery energy storage and renewable energy projects.
