Director and head of our mining team, Christina focuses on commercial matters and transactions across mining, telecommunications, life sciences and banking sectors. She represents clients including mining houses, IFC and independent power producers, and has experience in empowerment transactions, acquisitions, renewable energy corporate structures and cross-border investments into Africa.
