An associate in our Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions team, Anathi advises on structured and derivative transactions, financial market regulation and enterprise risk management matters. She has experience in investment funds, including advising on private fund structures, the establishment and operation of regulated and unregulated funds, and related governance and structuring considerations. She also undertakes corporate and commercial work, including due diligence reviews and drafting transactional agreements.
