He represents commercial banks, development financiers, property developers, corporates and public-sector stakeholders, and has experience in commercial property finance, the structuring and enforcement of security, B-BBEE property arrangements, sale-and-leaseback transactions, business rescue-related property matters and cross-border transactions between South Africa and Lesotho.
